The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) Assessment

The LPI Online is an interactive, values-based, tool for administering the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) - and on-line assessment instrument created by The Leadership Challenge authors, James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner. The LPI has helped develop the leadership skills of nearly one million people worldwide.
