What DOES Make Something Easier?

A loyal GottaGettaBlog! reader recently posted a comment to my blog post about my latest published article, Creating a Portfolio of Mentors.
"It's never easy to say 'I need help!'," she wrote, in part. "Your article provides very useful steps for taking the step to find a mentor easier."
It got me to thinking about what makes things easier - and I had every intention of making this blog post about exactly that. A funny thing happened on the way to that end, though - I'm finding it very difficult to say what does make something easier!

How ironic is that?!

So let me ask you for a little help with my Friday blog post - What DOES make something easier?

What I have found works is to have a sense of humility. I know I don't know everything and I know that I can always learn something. I have learned that asking for help, for advice, for someone to share their wisdom, is a great way to learn. You don't have to accept the advice however when you don't you should know why.
