Relax
There are all sorts of ways to relax and they don't all require a lot of time or effort on your part. As example, how about you:
- taking a day off?
- scheduling a long lunch?
- enjoying an extended coffee break?
- listening to an entire song on the radio?
- sitting quietly for 30-seconds?
Go on, relax. (And then get back to work!)

This is great advice that is really hitting home with me Barry. I've been running hard for quite some time, and even on "vacation" haven't really relaxed. I'm going to take your advice and try to listen to a whole song on the radio tomorrow, even if it kills me. Thanks for the permission. Seems I need that from time to time.
