  • "Before trouble comes, obtain advice; after it comes, advice is useless." - Ibn Zabara
  • "To be without stress entirely is to be dead." - Hans Selye, M.D.
  • "It is only when you are pursued that you become swift." - Kahil Gibran

Here are two more:

"The job market is so bad it has gone from Dog-eat-Dog to Rat-eat-Rat." - Craig Aamodt on the Telecom industry ... wish I came up with that one!

(Meaning -- people are very desparate and are fighting in the gutter)

"The old Real Estate Adage has gone from Location, Location, Location to Location, Location, Connectivity." - me!

Meaning - if you do not have broadband connectivity at your building it is obsolete. It will lose revenues as well as tenants as they seek out space that has broadband connectivity as an amenity. A REAL differentiator in today's Business Market)
